Predictive Dialing

Our predictive dialing service can meet your automated calling needs no matter how large your campaign is. Our hosted call center allows you to run your political campaign using predictive calling through an Internet connection that can be set up in fewer than 24 hours and get you started down the road to success.
You tell us what you need, and we provide it – one agent, fifty, one hundred. Our system can quickly and efficiently allocate calls, and our sophisticated call center dialer software works off of a complex algorithm to provide the highest productivity at the lowest cost. The algorithm can be adjusted to take into account a variety of factors such as:
- Number of call agents assigned
- Number of validated phone numbers in the system
- Length of time for each call
Predictive dialing programs dial multiple phone numbers simultaneously. The algorithm computes in real time, predicting the timing and number of calls being made so that agents don’t have “dead time” between calls. This means that every workday produces the most results possible since the maximum number of calls that could be made was completed.
Not every dialing of a phone number will result in a completed call. Our call center dialer software makes allowances for these calls, predicting that a certain number of phone numbers will remain invalidated. These would include:
- Disconnected numbers
- Non-answered numbers
- Automatically answered numbers (voicemail, answering machines)
Our predictive calling program dials a specified number of calls in excess of the number of calls needed. Arriving at this number is a secondary function of the algorithm, which enables the program to predict how many validated calls will result and adjust the number of calls accordingly. The goal is to anticipate the exact second when an agent finishes with a call and have a validated call ready for the agent to take.
When you are running a political campaign, time is of the essence; our predictive dialers provide a cost effective, highly-efficient alternative to setting up your own call center.
